We are a volunteer paid-on-call department proudly serving the City of Baldwin and Blue Hill Township. Firefighters earn an hourly wage for each call and training session as well as an annual pension.

No experience? No worries! We train you!

Have daytime availability? EVEN BETTER. Day responders are gold around here.

Have residence or primary workplace within 6 miles and/or 15 minutes from the station.

Must be 18 to apply!

We respond to medical calls, fire suppression, personal injury accidents, water rescue as well as assisting neighboring departments as needed.

Training is held on the1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month with morning and evening options available!

We host and participate in a variety of community activities such as fire safety week, annual open house, pancake breakfast, fireman's dance, Baldwin Funfest and many more throughout the year!
