Baldwin Fire Department Open House

The City of Baldwin, Minnesota is currently accepting written proposals from firms interested in providing a feasibility study to assist the City in determining the establishment of a municipal liquor store within the City. The Request for Proposals is available for review: Request for Proposals Proposals are to be emailed to City Clerk/Treasurer Joan Heinen at [email protected] no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 19, 2025. Young Park located at 11141 305th Ave NW has been vandalized multiple times in the last few weeks. The City of Baldwin is asking residents to keep an eye out for suspicious activity. Contact the Sheriff’s Office at 763-765-3500 or City Hall at 763-389-8931 if you see anything. Please be respectful of park property. Obstructions

 No person may place, maintain, or allow any obstruction in a right-of-way other than those specifically permitted by this Article, by state law or rule, or by written approval of the City Council. Items prohibited by this section include, but are not limited to, fences, posts, structures, piled materials, hay bales, vehicles, trailers, campers, equipment, or any other items that interfere with the safe use or the maintenance of the right-of-way. No person shall park a functioning vehicle in a right-of-way in such a way as to unreasonably interfere with the safe use of a road or the maintenance of the right-of-way.
